WeROCK Program Info
ABOUT OUR REGULAR SEASON
Based on the idea that life is like a Marathon, the mission of WeROCK is to teach our community’s teenagers the important life skills of goal setting, self-reliance, discipline and self-confidence through the design and delivery of instructional programs focused on the proper training for, and completion of, a marathon.
"The journey to a full marathon starts with just one mile!"
Our Regular Season runs September-May every year. Our participants start by running just one mile and work their way up slowly and incrementally. We meet twice a week after school and every Saturday morning*.

ABOUT OUR SUMMER TRAIL PROGRAM
SUMMER TRAIL PROGRAM
WeROCK is excited to explore our local trails during the summer. The program is catered to runners from 6th-12th Grade, however, we allow and encourage parents to join as well.
During our Summer Trail Program we will focus on long distance running and pacing on a variety of terrains. Due to the hilly nature of the races, we will spend a lot of time training on inclines, working on endurance and speed, along with strengthening our core. Let’s spend some time running in the dirt!
