- Welcome Letter & Invoice will be emailed within 48 hours of submission
- Payment is due before your 1st practice
- Physical Form and ARMI is due before your 1st practice: PHYSICAL FORM HERE

WHERE DO WE TRAIN?
Middle School practice days are Tuesday & Thursday (with an occasional Medal Monday celebration) at the times listed below:
Aliso Viejo Middle School 3:40pm-5:10pm
Don Juan Avila Middle School 3:40pm-5:10pm
Ladera Ranch Middle School 3:10pm-4:40pm
Las Flores Middle School: 3:25pm-4:55pm
Newhart Middle School 3:40pm-5:10pm
If your school is not listed, you may run on another campus if you can make it to practice on time.
Our High School Program will meet on Tuesday & Wednesday evenings (with an occasional team bonding hike or run) at the times/locations listed below:
Tuesday at OrangeTheory Fitness for Tuesday Night Run Club 6:00pm-7:30pm
Wednesday at Road Runner Sports for Wednesday Night Run Club 6:00pm-7:30pm
Wednesday at Road Runner Sports for Wednesday Night Run Club 6:00pm-7:30pm
ALL TEAMS MEET ON SATURDAY AT VARIED LOCATIONS
Usually in Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo or Ladera Ranch.

PROGRAM FORMAT
- 2 in-person Coach led practices after school
- 1 independent run per week
- 1 in-person Coach led Saturday practice
- 1 Race per month (entry included in program fees)
- Regular Core workouts
- Occasional Yoga classes
- Constant education surrounding health & wellness

FUNDRAISING
There are many ways to offset the cost of the program. We will discuss scholarships, sponsorships & fundraising on our info Zoom calls.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Running shoes
- Running socks
- Black Athletic Bottoms (shorts, leggings or run skirt)
- Sports water bottle (hand held, waist pack or backpack)
- Basic wrist stopwatch (GPS devices are acceptable, but not required)
- Create a free Strava account
